While promoting his upcoming Twelve Carat Tour, the 26-year-old rapper from Rockstar dropped all significant life announcements at once on The Howard Stern Show.
During the interview, Stern asked Posty if a comment he made “kissing his baby girl” was about his girlfriend or if he had a baby.
The "Circles" performer retorted, "No, that's my daughter.“
Stern, 68, noted that Post had kept the information "private," and he jokingly retorted, "Yeah, I want to let her make her own judgments."
The seasoned radio presenter subsequently questioned the "Wow" singer over whether to refer to his daughter's mother as his wife or girlfriend, to which Post said, "She's my fiancée."
He also talked about his past problems with alcohol. He said that his future wife had helped him get through some hard times.
“It’s the guidance out of the dark into the light … She saved my f—ing life — it’s pretty epic,” he said.
In May, the Grammy nominee told people he was going to be a dad.
"This new phase of my life has me energized. Since I could remember, I've been sad, but now I'm happier than I've ever been," he said at the time, according to TMZ.
"Time to take care of my health, as well as the health of my family and friends, and to share as much love as we can every day."
Afterward, Post revealed that he was "pumped beyond belief" for fatherhood and prepared to be a "hot dad."
Since relocating from Los Angeles to Utah in 2019, the chart-topper has maintained a higher level of privacy and has not revealed the identity of the mother of his child.
People urged him to remain in Los Angeles because it is where the job is done, but he told Billboard in January that he was tired of the situation. There is always something to do and someone wants something from you, and I didn't want to lose my mind.
The "Rockstar" singer loves his new job as a dad, so he made a whole new line of merchandise for all the "little rockstars" out there.
The PostyCo Kids line by Post Malone, actual name Austin Post, features renditions of his own tattooed face on sweatshirts, t-shirts, and even a onesie for newborns that are anime-inspired.
Orders start shipping in August, and the prices of the collection range from $25 for a baseball cap in miniature to $65 for a hoodie.
A $40 tote bag is also available. Its designs are available in pink, white, or black.
